Around the world, millions of people are being inspired by figures such as Jeremy Corbyn, Bernie Sanders, Pablo Iglesias, and so on. A new left is being born that rejects austerity and neoliberalism - an incredibly significant development. However there are contradictions, namely that the horizons of these movements remain within the framework of capitalist politics and institutions.
